Mazkur maqolada oila huquqida aliment majburiyatlarining huquqiy mohiyati, ularning vujudga kelish asoslari va aliment huquqiy munosabatlarining subyektlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ota-onalar, bolalar, er-xotinlar hamda boshqa oila a’zolarining aliment majburiyatlari O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Oila kodeksi normalari asosida yoritilgan. Aliment undirishning sud va notarial tartibi, aliment to‘lovlarini ta’minlash mexanizmlari, ushbu sohada amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar hamda aliment institutini takomillashtirishning dolzarb masalalari ilmiy-huquqiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan.
В данной статье исследуются правовая сущность алиментных обязательств в семейном праве, основания их возникновения и субъекты алиментных правоотношений. На основе норм Семейного кодекса Республики Узбекистан рассматриваются алиментные обязательства родителей, детей, супругов и других членов семьи. Также анализируются судебный и нотариальный порядок взыскания алиментов, механизмы обеспечения их исполнения, современные реформы в данной сфере и актуальные вопросы совершенствования института алиментных обязательств.
This article examines the legal nature of alimony obligations in family law, the grounds for their emergence, and the subjects of alimony legal relations. Based on the Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the alimony obligations of parents, children, spouses, and other family members are analyzed. The paper also explores judicial and notarial procedures for alimony recovery, enforcement mechanisms, ongoing reforms in this field, and current issues related to improving the institution of alimony obligations.
