Annotatsiya :Mazkur maqolada Ficus carica L. o‘simligining biologik faol moddalari, ularning antioksidant va mikroblarga qarshi xususiyatlari hamda oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika va kosmetologiya sohalaridagi amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, anjir asosida yangi funksional mahsulotlar va dorivor preparatlar yaratish istiqbollari yoritilgan.
ABSTRACT: This paper examines the biological activity of Ficus carica L. and the significance of its bioactive compounds in food science, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of the plant are discussed, together with future prospects for developing functional foods and medicinal products.
