Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Ficus carica L. (anjir) o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibi, biologik faol moddalarining xususiyatlari hamda ularning inson salomatligi va oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Anjir mevalari, barglari va sut shirasida uchraydigan uglevodlar, organik kislotalar, flavonoidlar, fenolik birikmalar, vitaminlar va mineral elementlarning tarkibi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, o‘simlikning antioksidant, mikroblarga qarshi va boshqa foydali xossalari ilmiy manbalar asosida umumlashtiriladi.
ABSTRACT: This article discusses the chemical composition and properties of Ficus carica L. (fig). The biologically active compounds found in its fruits, leaves, and latex are analyzed together with their nutritional and medicinal significance. Particular attention is given to carbohydrates, organic acids, flavonoids, phenolic compounds, vitamins, and minerals. The antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of the plant are also reviewed based on scientific literature.
