Abstract. The modernization of education systems and the rapid development of digital technologies have significantly increased the need for effective professional development of teachers. In this context, methodological support has become an essential component of continuous professional development (CPD), enabling educators to adapt to educational innovations, improve teaching quality, and enhance student learning outcomes. This article examines innovative approaches to the methodological support of teachers within the system of continuous professional development. Particular attention is paid to digital learning environments, professional learning communities, mentoring and coaching practices, personalized learning trajectories, and collaborative professional development models. The study highlights the importance of creating a sustainable support system that fosters teachers’ professional growth and lifelong learning. Based on theoretical analysis and contemporary educational practices, recommendations are proposed for improving methodological support mechanisms in educational institutions.
