Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada axborot resurs markazlari (ARM) faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilish jarayonida sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarini qo‘llash imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. SI yordamida ma’lumotlarni avtomatik tahlil qilish, foydalanuvchilarga individual tavsiyalar berish, raqamlashtirish jarayonlarini soddalashtirish va xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, ARM tizimida chatbotlar, ma’lumotlarni semantik tahlil qilish, avtomatik kataloglashtirish kabi yechimlarning afzalliklari va istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ARM’larda SI texnologiyalarini joriy etish orqali foydalanuvchilarga yanada interaktiv, tezkor va samarali xizmat ko‘rsatish imkoniyati yaratilishini ko‘rsatadi.
Abstract. This article discusses the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the process of modernization of the activities of information resource centers (IRCs). Ways of automatic data analysis, providing individual recommendations to users, simplifying digitization processes and improving the quality of service are considered using AI. Also, the advantages and prospects of solutions such as chatbots, semantic data analysis, automatic cataloging in the IRC system are analyzed. The results of the study show that the introduction of AI technologies in IRCs creates the opportunity to provide users with more interactive, fast and efficient services.
