Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada matematika fanining o‘rta asrlardagi rivojlanish bosqichlari, xususan IX–XV asrlarda O‘rta Osiyo olimlarining matematika taraqqiyotiga qo‘shgan hissasi yoritilgan. Shuningdek, Sharq mamlakatlarida ilm-fan markazlarining vujudga kelishi, yunon va hind olimlari asarlarining tarjima qilinishi hamda matematik tadqiqotlarning yangi yo‘nalishlari haqida ma’lumotlar berilgan.
Аннотация. В данной статье рассматриваются этапы развития математической науки в средние века, в частности вклад учёных Центральной Азии в развитие математики в IX–XV веках. Также освещаются вопросы возникновения научных центров на Востоке, перевода трудов греческих и индийских учёных и формирования новых направлений математических исследований.
Abstract. This article discusses the stages of the development of mathematics during the Middle Ages, particularly the contribution of Central Asian scholars to the advancement of mathematics in the 9th–15th centuries. It also highlights the emergence of scientific centers in the East, the translation of Greek and Indian scholarly works, and the development of new directions in mathematical research.
