Annotatsiya. Maqolada Germaniya tajribasi asosida Lean Management (tejamkor boshqaruv) tamoyillarini O‘zbekiston to‘qimachilik korxonalarida joriy etish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. 5S, Kaizen, 4M ko‘rib chiqilib, ularni mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
Аннотация. В статье рассмотрены возможности внедрения принципов Lean Management (бережливого управления) на текстильных предприятиях Узбекистана с использованием опыта Германии. Проанализированы основные инструменты Lean, включая 5S, Kaizen, 4M. Предложены рекомендации по адаптации данных методов к условиям отечественной текстильной отрасли.
Abstract. This paper examines the implementation of Lean Management principles in Uzbekistan’s textile industry based on German experience. Key Lean tools, including 5S, Kaizen, the 4M method, are reviewed, and recommendations for their adaptation to local conditions are provided.
