Abstract: Traditional treatment systems and modern medicine represent two complementary approaches to healthcare that have evolved through different historical, cultural, and scientific pathways. Traditional medicine is based on indigenous knowledge, herbal remedies, spiritual healing, and long-standing cultural practices, while modern medicine relies on evidence-based science, clinical trials, advanced technology, and standardized treatment protocols. In recent years, there has been growing interest in integrating these two systems to improve patient outcomes, particularly in chronic disease management, preventive care, and holistic health approaches. This article explores the strengths, limitations, and possible integration of traditional treatment and modern medicine, highlighting their roles in contemporary healthcare systems worldwide.
Annotatsiya: An’anaviy davolash usullari va zamonaviy tibbiyot sog‘liqni saqlashning ikki xil, ammo bir-birini to‘ldiruvchi yondashuvidir. An’anaviy tibbiyot o‘simliklar, tabiiy vositalar va xalq tajribasiga asoslangan bo‘lsa, zamonaviy tibbiyot ilmiy tadqiqotlar, klinik sinovlar va texnologik yutuqlarga tayangan holda rivojlangan. So‘nggi yillarda ushbu ikki yo‘nalishni uyg‘unlashtirish orqali bemorlarni davolash samaradorligini oshirishga e’tibor kuchaymoqda. Ushbu maqolada an’anaviy va zamonaviy tibbiyotning afzalliklari, kamchiliklari hamda ularni integratsiya qilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi.
