Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida korporativ boshqaruv tizimlarining transformatsiyasi, shuningdek, sun’iy intellekt va avtomatlashtirish texnologiyalarining boshqaruv jarayonlariga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy korxonalar faoliyatida raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish qaror qabul qilish tezligini oshirish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va boshqaruv jarayonlarini optimallashtirishga xizmat qilmoqda. Maqolada korporativ boshqaruvning an’anaviy modeldan raqamli modelga o‘tish jarayoni, uning afzalliklari hamda yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar yoritiladi.
Abstract: This article analyzes the transformation of corporate governance systems in the digital economy, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence and automation technologies on management processes. The introduction of digital technologies in the activities of modern enterprises serves to increase the speed of decision-making, efficient use of resources and optimization of management processes. The article discusses the process of transition of corporate governance from a traditional model to a digital model, its advantages and emerging problems.
Аннотация: В данной статье анализируется трансформация систем корпоративного управления в цифровой экономике, а также влияние искусственного интеллекта и технологий автоматизации на управленческие процессы. Внедрение цифровых технологий в деятельность современных предприятий способствует повышению скорости принятия решений, эффективному использованию ресурсов и оптимизации управленческих процессов. В статье рассматривается процесс перехода корпоративного управления от традиционной модели к цифровой, его преимущества и возникающие проблемы.
