Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada reproduktiv salomatlikning zamonaviy talqini, bepushtlikning ayollar va erkaklar salomatligi bilan bogʻliq asosiy omillari hamda akusherlik amaliyotida uchraydigan funksional, gormonal va anatomik buzilishlarning homiladorlikka ta’siri yoritilgan. Maqolada bepushtlikning global statistik ko‘rsatkichlari, tashxislash usullari, davolash strategiyalari, reproduktiv yordamchi texnologiyalarning (RAT) o‘rni hamda akusherlikdagi asoratlar bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, homiladorlikning muvaffaqiyatli kechishini ta’minlashda reproduktiv salomatlikni mustahkamlashning profilaktik choralari, psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlash va sog‘lom turmush tarzining ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqiladi.Abstract. This article discusses the modern interpretation of reproductive health, the main factors of infertility related to women's and men's health, and the impact of functional, hormonal, and anatomical disorders encountered in obstetric practice on pregnancy. The article analyzes global statistical indicators of infertility, diagnostic methods, treatment strategies, the role of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and their relationship with obstetric complications. It also considers the importance of preventive measures to strengthen reproductive health, psychological support, and a healthy lifestyle in ensuring a successful pregnancy.
