Ushbu maqolada Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida inson kapitalini rivojlantirishda ijtimoiy himoya tizimining tutgan o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Unda inson kapitalining mazmuni, ijtimoiy omillarning ta’siri, ijtimoiy himoya tizimining zamonaviy islohotlar asosida modernizatsiya qilinishi, ta’lim va sog‘liqni saqlash sohalarining strategik ahamiyati hamda raqamli va innovatsion yondashuvlar asosida shakllanayotgan yangi ijtimoiy xizmatlar tizimi yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ijtimoiy himoya tizimi barqaror rivojlanish, ijtimoiy adolat va aholining hayot sifatini oshirishda muhim omil ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
В статье представлен научный анализ роли системы социальной защиты в развитии человеческого капитала в условиях Нового Узбекистана. Раскрывается содержание человеческого капитала, влияние социальных факторов, процесс модернизации системы социальной защиты, а также важность образования и здравоохранения как ключевых направлений повышения качества человеческого потенциала. Особое внимание уделено внедрению цифровых технологий и инновационных подходов в сфере социальных услуг. Результаты исследования подтверждают, что система социальной защиты является важным механизмом обеспечения устойчивого развития и социальной справедливости.
This article provides a scientific analysis of the role of the social protection system in the development of human capital in New Uzbekistan. It examines the concept of human capital, the influence of social factors, the modernization of the social protection system, and the strategic importance of education and healthcare. The study also highlights the implementation of digital technologies and innovative approaches in delivering social services. The findings indicate that an effective social protection system is essential for sustainable development, social justice, and improving the overall quality of life.
