Annotatsiya. Maqolada yoshlar o‘rtasida giyohvandlik vositalari va psixotrop moddalar bilan bog‘liq jinoyatlarning kriminologik xususiyatlari hamda ularning kelib chiqish sabablari tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga, O‘zbekistonda ushbu sohada amalga oshirilayotgan davlat siyosatining asosiy yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi asosida yoshlar orasida giyohvandlikni oldini olishda profilaktika, ta’lim va psixologik yordam tizimlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
Аннотация. В статье анализируются криминологические особенности преступлений, связанных с наркотическими средствами и психотропными веществами среди молодежи, а также причины их возникновения. При этом освещены основные направления государственной политики, осуществляемой в Узбекистане в этой сфере. На основе опыта зарубежных стран разработаны предложения по совершенствованию систем профилактики, образования и психологической помощи в профилактике наркомании среди молодежи.
Abstract. The article analyzes the criminological features of crimes related to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances among young people, as well as the reasons for their occurrence. At the same time, the main directions of state policy implemented in Uzbekistan in this area are highlighted. Based on the experience of foreign countries, proposals have been developed to improve the systems of prevention, education, and psychological assistance in the prevention of drug addiction among young people.
