Abstract

The chapter employs comparative text analysis across multiple translations of the same source text. It integrates theoretical frameworks from Lakoff & Johnson (conceptual metaphor), Newmark (translation procedures), Nida (dynamic equivalence), and Venuti (foreignization/domestication). The analysis is qualitative, interpretive, and illustrated with parallel examples.
