Abstract

In the era of globalization, foreign language proficiency is essential for success. This study examines the impact of Robert Greene’s book Mastery on students’ language learning motivation. Forty students participated in experimental and control groups. The findings show that the Mastery concept increases intrinsic motivation, encourages a positive attitude toward mistakes, and supports long-term goal setting. The results align with Self-Determination Theory and growth mindset theory.
