Abstract

New terms and phrases that are emerging in the world as a result of modern development and technological advancement are creating new trends in linguistics. The linguistic nature of terms emerging in the fields of computer and information technologies, their formation, derivational features, and their reflection in the Uzbek and English languages ​​is one of the important scientific topics for linguistics. As modern technologies penetrate deeper into our lives, new words and concepts are also increasingly appearing in our everyday speech and scientific work. This article provides a deep scientific analysis of the birth, development, and derivational features of computer terms in Uzbek and English.
