THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE TEACHING APPROACHES

Abstract

Modern education is rapidly transforming due to globalization, technological advancement, and the changing needs of society. Educational systems today aim not only to provide theoretical knowledge but also to develop critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills. The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between modern education and social development and to analyze innovative teaching approaches that support effective learning. The study applies qualitative analysis of pedagogical literature and examines modern educational practices such as digital learning, student-centered instruction, and collaborative learning. The results indicate that innovative educational strategies significantly improve students’ motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. Furthermore, modern education contributes to economic growth, social progress, and the formation of highly qualified specialists. The findings emphasize that integrating technology, interactive teaching methods, and critical thinking activities into the educational process is essential for preparing learners for the challenges of the twenty-first century.
