Abstract

Military cadets today are prepared not only for traditional combat roles but also for participation in multinational alliances, peacekeeping operations, intelligence and analytical work, cyber defense, and strategic communication activities. Within these professional contexts, linguistic competence—especially proficiency in English—has become a critical operational requirement rather than merely an academic discipline. Contemporary military education systems require significant modernization of foreign language instruction due to the evolving character of modern warfare, the expansion of international military collaboration, and the increasing importance of information superiority.
