Abstract

This study explores the role of phonetic expressive means and stylistic devices in the English language from a research-based perspective. Phonetic features such as sound repetition, rhythm, intonation, and stress are analyzed as tools for enhancing expressiveness and meaning. Using a qualitative analytical approach, the research examines examples from literary and spoken discourse. The findings demonstrate that phonetic stylistic devices significantly influence emotional tone, aesthetic quality, and cognitive perception. The study highlights the importance of sound in shaping communication and suggests implications for linguistics, literature, and language teaching.
