MEHRLI MAKTAB IS THE FOUNDATION OF THE FUTURE: A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON THE SYNERGY OF EMPATHY AND INCLUSIVE PEDAGOGY
Abstract
This research paper investigates the 'Mehrli Maktab' (Caring School) concept as a transformative framework within the modern educational landscape of Uzbekistan. Moving beyond traditional instructional models, the 'Mehrli Maktab' philosophy integrates emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and inclusive pedagogy to foster an environment where every student can thrive. The study identifies that the emotional well-being of learners is the primary predictor of their future academic and social success. By analyzing contemporary educational trends between 2021 and 2026, the paper outlines the strategic necessity of empathy in school management and teacher-student interactions. The findings emphasize that a school built on kindness is not merely a moral preference but a mechanical necessity for producing a resilient, innovative, and socially responsible generation.
