Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the oral cavity, focusing on its anatomical structure, physiological functions, and overall significance in human health. The study examines the main components of the oral cavity, including the teeth, tongue, palate, gingiva, and salivary glands, and explains their coordinated roles in essential processes such as digestion, speech production, and sensory perception. Particular attention is given to the role of saliva in initiating chemical digestion and maintaining oral homeostasis.
