Abstract

 The modernization of preschool education requires the implementation of effective management systems supported by digital technologies. This study analyzes the organizational and pedagogical foundations of management systems in preschool institutions. A qualitative research approach was used, including analytical review and comparative analysis of existing practices. The findings indicate that digital management systems improve administrative efficiency, strengthen communication, and enhance child development monitoring. The study also identifies challenges and proposes practical recommendations for optimizing management processes
