THE FORMATION AND DISSEMINATION OF NEW LEXICAL UNITS IN THE MODERN LANGUAGE SYSTEM

Abstract

This article examines the processes of formation and dissemination of lexical units within the modern language system. Lexical units emerge under the influence of social, cultural, and scientific-technological changes and play a crucial role in the continuous development of language. The study analyzes the main factors and methods of lexical unit formation, as well as the mechanisms through which they spread among language users. Particular attention is paid to the role of mass media and digital communication in the popularization of new lexical units.
