RESEARCH ON PROBLEMS IN CHINESE EDUCATION

Education plays a crucial role in the development of a country and the improvement of social civilization. As one of the largest education systems in the world, China’s educational development has attracted worldwide attention in recent decades. With the rapid growth of the economy and society, Chinese education has made significant achievements in literacy improvement, higher education expansion, and technological innovation. However, many problems still exist in the current education system, which affect students’ healthy development and educational fairness. This paper mainly discusses several major problems in Chinese education, including examination-oriented education, inequality of educational resources, excessive academic pressure, urban-rural educational gaps, insufficient innovation in teaching methods, and mental health issues among students. At the same time, the paper analyzes the causes of these problems and proposes possible solutions and reforms. Through comprehensive analysis, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the challenges facing Chinese education and to explore practical strategies for promoting educational modernization and fairness.Downloads
