Abstract

Vaccination remains one of the most effective public health interventions, particularly in pediatrics, where it significantly reduces morbidity and mortality associated with infectious diseases. This article analyzes the efficacy and safety of pediatric vaccines, reviewing the literature, clinical trial results, and public health data. The findings demonstrate that vaccines are not only highly effective in preventing infectious diseases but also safe when administered according to established protocols. Potential adverse events are rare and generally outweighed by the benefits of immunization [Smith, 2020, p.45].
