Abstract

Managing large classes effectively is a critical challenge faced by educators across various educational settings. The increasing enrollment numbers in institutions of higher learning and vocational training create unique dynamics that demand innovative teaching strategies and classroom management techniques. This paper examines effective strategies for managing large classes, including the use of technology, active learning techniques, differentiated instruction, and the development of a supportive classroom community. By integrating these methods, educators can enhance student engagement, facilitate personalized learning experiences, and promote an environment conducive to academic success. The findings suggest that with proper planning and application of varied pedagogical approaches, large classes can become thriving learning environments.
