Abstract

Mentorship has increasingly been recognized as a pivotal component in fostering teacher development and enhancing pedagogical practices. This paper explores the multifaceted role of mentorship in promoting teaching growth, focusing on how mentorship relationships facilitate professional learning, emotional support, and instructional improvement. By analyzing various mentorship models and their effectiveness, this study highlights the significance of mentorship in cultivating reflective practitioners and improving student outcomes. The findings suggest that effective mentorship not only benefits individual teachers but also creates a positive ripple effect within educational institutions.
