Abstract

Building positive teacher-student relationships is a critical factor influencing educational success and student well-being. This paper explores the components of effective teacher-student relationships, the impact these relationships have on academic performance and emotional health, and strategies for fostering healthy interactions within the classroom. Utilizing empirical studies and theoretical frameworks, we discuss the importance of trust, respect, and communication as foundational elements of these relationships. Furthermore, we examine the implications for teaching practices and professional development aimed at enhancing relational dynamics in educational settings.
