Abstract

Storytelling is an age-old method of communication that has transcended cultures and generations. In recent years, it has gained recognition as a powerful pedagogical tool in educational settings. This paper explores the effectiveness of storytelling as a teaching tool, highlighting its ability to enhance student engagement, foster critical thinking, and improve retention of information. By weaving narratives into the curriculum, educators can create a dynamic learning environment that appeals to diverse learning styles and encourages active participation. The paper also examines various storytelling techniques and their application across different subjects and age groups, demonstrating how storytelling can facilitate deeper understanding and connection to content. Ultimately, this study advocates for the integration of storytelling into educational practices to enrich the learning experience.
