Abstract

This article examines strategies for rehabilitating the immune system, focusing on probiotics, cytokine regulation, and stress management. The study highlights how gut microbiota modulation, immune signaling pathways, and psychosocial interventions can enhance immune resilience. Evidence from clinical and preclinical studies suggests that combining dietary probiotics, targeted cytokine therapies, and stress reduction techniques improves immune function, reduces inflammation, and supports recovery from immunodeficiency. The findings underline the importance of an integrative approach addressing both biological and behavioral factors in immune system rehabilitation.¹
