O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Konstitutsiyasi — mamlakatning huquqiy asoslarini belgilovchi eng muhim hujjat bo‘lib, u demokratik, huquqiy va ijtimoiy davlat tuzishga yo‘l ochadi. “Konstitutsiya – erkin va farovon hayot garovi” mavzusidagi maqolada, O‘zbekiston Konstitutsiyasining ijtimoiy, siyosiy va iqtisodiy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Konstitutsiya, mamlakatning barcha fuqarolariga teng huquqlar va erkinliklarni kafolatlaydi, ularning huquqiy himoyasini ta’minlaydi, shuningdek, demokratik va erkin jamiyatrivojlantirishning asosiy yuridik hujjati hisoblanadi.
Конституция Республики Узбекистан является важнейшим документом, определяющим правовые основы страны, открывающим путь к созданию демократического, правового и социального государства. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the most important document defining the legal foundations of the country, which paves the way for the establishment of a democratic, legal and social state. The article on the topic “Constitution - the guarantee of a free and prosperous life” analyzes the social, political and economic aspects of the Constitution of Uzbekistan. The Constitution guarantees equal rights and freedoms to all citizens of the country, ensures their legal protection, and is the main legal document for the development of a democratic and free society.
