The paper highlights how gymnastics improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, motor skills, and overall physical health. Various forms of gymnastics—basic exercises, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatics, and apparatus-based activities—are explored for their contribution to children’s growth and development.
