Abstract

This article discusses the vital role teachers play in motivating students to learn English effectively. It highlights how teachers’ attitudes, methods, and communication influence learners’ interest and confidence. The paper also explores strategies such as creating a positive learning environment, using interactive activities, providing feedback, and fostering learner autonomy. Motivation is shown to be a key factor for successful language acquisition.
