The article examines the role and prospects of integrating the exact sciences—particularly medical and biological physics—into modern pharmacology. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to apply quantitative physical methods to understand the molecular mechanisms of drug action, develop innovative delivery systems, and improve therapeutic effectiveness. The main directions of joint research are highlighted, including biophysical modeling of “drug–receptor” interactions, the use of nanotechnologies for targeted drug delivery, and the application of radiation-based diagnostic methods to monitor treatment outcomes.
