Abstract

The Renaissance period in Central Asia during the 9th–12th centuries played a crucial role in the development of world civilization. This era is marked by remarkable progress in science, culture, philosophy, medicine, mathematics, astronomy, geography, and literature. Prominent scholars such as Muhammad al-Khwarizmi, Abu Nasr al-Farabi, Abu Rayhan al-Biruni, Avicenna (Ibn Sina), Al-Zamakhshari, and Al-Farghani made groundbreaking contributions that influenced scientific advancement far beyond the region. This article explores their achievements, the impact of their discoveries on global knowledge, and the historical importance of the Renaissance in Central Asia.
