Mazkur ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida internet-magazinlarning mohiyati, ularning shakllanish jarayoni hamda elektron tijorat tizimidagi o‘rni keng qamrovda yoritib berilgan. Axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining rivojlanishi natijasida yuzaga kelgan internet-magazinlar savdo-sotiq jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirish, vaqt va hududiy cheklovlarni bartaraf etish, shuningdek, iste’molchilar va tadbirkorlar o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni soddalashtirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Maqolada internet-magazin tushunchasi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinib, ularning an’anaviy savdo shakllaridan farqli tomonlari asoslab berilgan.Shuningdek, internet-magazinlarning asosiy turlari — B2C, B2B, C2C va C2B modellari batafsil tavsiflanib, har bir turining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari, afzalliklari hamda qo‘llanilish sohalari misollar orqali ochib berilgan.
