Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim jarayonida bilim, ko‘nikma va malaka tushunchalarining mazmuni hamda ularning o‘zaro uzviy bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Bilimning nazariy asos sifatidagi o‘rni, ko‘nikmaning amaliy faoliyat orqali shakllanishi va malakaning kompetensiyaviy yondashuvdagi yakuniy natija sifatida namoyon bo‘lishi yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim, dual ta’lim, loyihaviy ta’lim va case study metodlarining ko‘nikma va malakalarni rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Maqolada ta’lim standartlarini mehnat bozori talablari bilan uyg‘unlashtirish hamda uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish zarurligi ta’kidlanadi.
