Abstract

Nanotexnologiya sohasidagi fizik yutuqlar zamonaviy tibbiyot rivojida muhim o‘rin egallab, diagnostika, davolash va profilaktika usullarining samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirmoqda. Ushbu maqolada nanomateriallar va nanostrukturalarning fizik xossalari — o‘lcham effekti, sirt energiyasining ortishi, kvant hodisalari va elektromagnit xususiyatlari — asosida tibbiyotda qo‘llanilish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, nanozarrachalarning dori yetkazib berish tizimlarida, maqsadli terapiyada, tibbiy tasvirlash texnologiyalarida hamda regenerativ tibbiyotda tutgan o‘rni yoritib beriladi. Shuningdek, nanoo‘lchamdagi fizik jarayonlarning biologik tizimlar bilan o‘zaro ta’siri, ularning hujayra darajasidagi mexanizmlari va klinik amaliyotdagi ahamiyati muhokama qilinadi. Nanotexnologiyaning tibbiyotga joriy etilishi individual yondashuvga asoslangan davolash usullarini rivojlantirish, nojo‘ya ta’sirlarni kamaytirish va kasalliklarni erta aniqlash imkonini bermoqda. Maqola nanotexnologiyaning fizik asoslari va ularning tibbiyotdagi istiqbolli qo‘llanilishlarini tizimli ravishda yoritishga qaratilgan.
