Abstract

Qalqonsimon bez yod saqlovchi gormonlarni sintez qiluvchi yagona endokrin organ hisoblanadi. Surunkali nikotin va alkogol iste’moli ushbu bezning o‘sishi, rivojlanishi va funksional holatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada qalqonsimon bezning ontogenezi, morfologik tuzilishi hamda nikotin va alkogolning bez to‘qimalariga ta’siri bo‘yicha zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili keltirilgan.
