Abstract

Qalqonsimon bez inson organizmidagi muhim endokrin bezlardan biri bo‘lib, moddalar almashinuvi, o‘sish va rivojlanish jarayonlarini tartibga solishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu bez tomonidan ishlab chiqariladigan tiroksin (T4) va triyodtironin (T3) gormonlari organizmning deyarli barcha tizimlariga ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Qalqonsimon bez faoliyati va rivojlanishiga genetik omillar bilan bir qatorda tashqi muhit omillari ham sezilarli ta’sir etadi. Ayniqsa, ekologik, ijtimoiy va oziqlanish bilan bog‘liq omillar ushbu bez faoliyatining buzilishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
