Neonatal sepsis — chaqaloqlarda rivojlanadigan jiddiy infektsiya bo‘lib, yuqori mortalitet xavfi bilan tavsiflanadi. Neonatal sepsishda asosiy qo‘zg‘atuvchi mikroorganizmlar gram-musbat (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus spp.) va gram-manfiy (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa) bakteriyalardir. Antibiotiklarga chidamlilik (MRSA, ESBL) neonatal sepsisni davolashni murakkablashtiradi. Tezkor diagnostika, mikroblarni aniqlash va mos terapiya tanlash neonatal sepsis natijalarini yaxshilashda muhimdir.
