Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezisda mikroelementlarning qalqonsimon bez morfo-funksional holatiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Yod, selen va temir gormon biosintezi hamda antioksidant himoyada muhim rol o‘ynaydi; ularning yetishmovchiligi yoki ortiqchaligi struma, gipotiroidizm va autoimmun jarayonlarga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. Rux, mis va boshqa mikroelementlar hujayra proliferatsiyasi va gen ifodalanishida ahamiyatli. Og‘ir metallar (Cd, Pb, Hg) tirotsitlarda oksidativ stress va degenerativ o‘zgarishlarni kuchaytiradi. Qalqonsimon bez patologiyalarini oldini olishda mikroelement monitoringi va oqilona profilaktika strategiyalari muhimdir.
