Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot Qushqo‘nmas (Asparagus officinalis) o‘simligining biologik faol xususiyatlari hamda uning urug‘don va so‘lak bezlariga ta’sirini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Qushqo‘nmas tarkibida steroid saponinlar, flavonoidlar, alkaloidlar, polisaxaridlar, vitaminlar va mikroelementlar kabi biologik faol birikmalar mavjud bo‘lib, ular organizmda antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va metabolik jarayonlarni tartibga soluvchi xususiyatlarga ega. Tadqiqot davomida qushqo‘nmas ekstraktining urug‘don to‘qimalarining morfologik va funksional holatiga, spermatogenez jarayoniga hamda gormonal muvozanatga ta’siri baholandi. Shuningdek, so‘lak bezlarining sekretor faolligi, hujayra tuzilmasi va antioksidant himoya tizimidagi o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar qushqo‘nmasning biologik faol komponentlari urug‘don va so‘lak bezlari faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlashi, oksidlovchi stressni kamaytirishi hamda to‘qimalarning funksional barqarorligini ta’minlashini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu o‘simlikning farmakologik va profilaktik ahamiyatini ilmiy jihatdan asoslashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.[11,13]
