Abstract

Tish emali inson organizmidagi eng qattiq to‘qima bo‘lishiga qaramay, u o‘z-o‘zini tiklash xususiyatiga ega emas. Yillar davomida karies, kimyoviy ta’sirlar, noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish va og‘iz gigiyenasiga yetarlicha e’tibor berilmagani natijasida emal yemiriladi va bu holat tishlarning zaiflashishiga olib keladi. Bugungi kunda esa fan va texnologiya bu muammoning ildiziga qarshi kurashishda yangi yo‘nalishni — tish emalini regeneratsiya qilish imkonini taqdim etmoqda. Ushbu maqolada biomateriallar, nanozarrachalar, kalsiy-fosfat komplekslari va gen terapiyasiga asoslangan yangi uslublar haqida fikr yuritiladi. Shuningdek, bu innovatsion yondashuvlar stomatologik amaliyotda qanday qo‘llanilayotgani va yaqin kelajakda odatiy plombalarning o‘rnini bosishi mumkinligi haqida ma’lumotlar keltiriladi. Ushbu mavzu stomatologiya sohasida faoliyat yuritayotgan mutaxassislar, talabalar hamda zamonaviy tibbiyot yangiliklariga qiziqqan har bir o‘quvchi uchun dolzarb va foydalidir.
