Mazkur maqolada global jarayonlar va barqaror taraqqiyot konsepsiyasining mohiyati, ularning o'zaro bog'liqligi va falsafiy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Xususan, O'zbekiston Respublikasida barqaror rivojlanish borasida amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar, qabul qilingan strategiyalar hamda xalqaro tashabbuslardagi ishtiroki yoritilgan. Falsafa nuqtai nazaridan barqaror taraqqiyotga erishishda inson va tabiat o'rtasidagi uyg'unlik muhim o'rin tutishi asoslab berilgan.
