Abstract

Betonda interfeys o‘tish zonasi (ITZ) – yirik agregat va sement toshi orasidagi yupqa (≈50–100 mkm) qatlam bo‘lib, yuqori g‘ovaklik, yo‘nalgan Ca(OH)₂ kristallari va kamroq C–S–H fazasi tufayli butun tizimdagi eng zaif oblast hisoblanadi. ITZning zaifligi betonning siqilish va egilish mustahkamligi, sinish qattiqligi, suv singdiruvchanligi va karbonatlanish tezligini keskin yomonlashtiradi.

Ohaktosh agregatlari keng tarqalgan, iqtisodiy va ekologik jihatdan maqbul bo‘lsa-da, ularning yuzasida CaCO₃ va noaniq pürüzlik tufayli ITZ mikrostrukturasi va deformativ xatti-harakatiga ta’sir murakkabdir. Shu bois ohaktosh asosidagi betonda ITZni zichlashtirish va deformativ barqarorlikni oshirish yuqori samarali, uzoq xizmat qiluvchi konstruksiyalar uchun dolzarb ilmiy vazifa hisoblanadi.
