Abstract

Maqola oziq-ovqat chiqindilarining global miqyosdagi ekologik va iqtisodiy muammolari, iste’molchilarning xulqi va ularning chiqindilar hosil qilishidagi roli hamda anti-waste marketing strategiyalarining samarasi haqida. Maqolada oziq-ovqat chiqindilarini kamaytirish bo‘yicha amaliy yondashuvlar, jumladan, Hellmann’s va Too Good To Go brendlari misollari keltirilgan. Shu orqali iste’molchilar ongini oshirish, mahsulotlardan samarali foydalanish va brendlar uchun barqaror marketing strategiyasini shakllantirish yo‘llari ko‘rsatib berilgan.
