Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sport mashg‘ulotlarining inson immun tizimiga ta’siri ilmiy va psixologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Jismoniy faollikning immunitetni mustahkamlashdagi roli, uning ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari, shuningdek, ortiqcha yuklama natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan immun susayish holatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Doimiy va me’yoriy sport mashg‘ulotlari organizmning himoya mexanizmlarini kuchaytirishi, kasalliklarga chidamliligini oshirishi haqida xulosalar beriladi.
