Ushbu keng qamrovli akademik tadqiqot to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri xorijiy investitsiyalarni (TXI) jalb qilishda davlat jamoatchilik bilan aloqalar (PR) kompaniyalari va milliy brending strategiyalarining rolini empirik va nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Diqqat markazida O‘zbekiston Respublikasining 2016-yildan keyingi davrdagi tarkibiy transformatsiyasi bo‘lib, u xalqaro siyosiy va iqtisodiy izolyatsiyadan ochiq bozor iqtisodiyoti modeliga misli ko‘rilmagan o‘tishni o‘zida mujassam etadi. Maqolaning asosiy maqsadi davlat apparati tomonidan olib borilayotgan maqsadli strategik kommunikatsiyalar mamlakatning investitsion jozibadorligiga qanday qilib o‘lchanadigan miqdoriy (makroiqtisodiy) va sifat (reputatsion) ta’sir ko‘rsatishini baholashdir. Tadqiqotda aralash metodologik yondashuv (mixed-methods) qo‘llanilgan bo‘lib, u makroiqtisodiy statistik tahlilni, xalqaro indekslar dinamikasini (xususan, Global Soft Power Index va Henley Passport Index) o‘rganishni, shuningdek, xorijiy ommaviy axborot vositalaridagi (elita moliyaviy matbuotidagi) narrativlarni qiyosiy kontent-tahlil qilishni o‘z ichiga oladi.
