Abstract

Axborot texnologiyalari (IT) sohasi mutaxassislari uchun faqatgina texnik kompetensiyalar (hard skills) yetarli emasligi, balki ijtimoiy-psixologik ko'nikmalarning (soft skills) loyiha muvaffaqiyatidagi fundamental o'rni tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda emotsional intellekt, tizimli muloqot va kognitiv moslashuvchanlik kabi omillarning dasturiy mahsulot hayotiylik siklidagi ahamiyati ilmiy asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek, maqolada IT mutaxassisining karyera o'sishida "yumshoq ko'nikmalar"ning multiplikativ effekti ko'rib chiqiladi.
