Mushaklar regeneratsiyasi, metabolizmni tezlashtirish, uyqu sifati, suv balansini saqlash, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish va maxsus tiklanish mashg‘ulotlari orqali organizmning maksimal darajada tiklanish usullari haqida ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar beriladi.
